IDBI Bank has released the notification for the recruitment of Assistant Manager, Grade A, and Junior Assistant Manager, Grade 'O', for 2026-27. The total vacancies announced are 1300.
(A) Important Dates :

Cut-off date for eligibility criteria of Age & Qualification: March 01, 2026

Tentative Date of Online Test for Junior Manager Grade 'O': April 12, 2026 (Morning session)

Tentative Date of Online Test for Assistant Manager Grade 'A': April 12, 2026 (Afternoon session)
(B) Eligibility Criteria:
Age:
Assistant Manager Grade 'A' : 21-30 Years
Junior Assistant Manager Grade 'O' : 20-25 Years
Education Qualification:
Assistant Manager Grade 'A': Graduate from a recognized university Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
Work Experience : Post Qualification Work Experience, of Minimum 2 years in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank/Private Sector Bank /Cooperative Bank/Regional Rural Bank. Candidates having experience in Branch Banking / Operation/ Retail assets/ Credit/ sales & Third party products etc. shall be preferred.
Junior Assistant Manager Grade 'O': Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General, EWS and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria
(C) Selection process :
The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
The Online test comprises the following test areas

Assistant Manager Grade 'A': There will be no penalty for wrong answers.
Junior Assistant Manager Grade 'O': For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected/final score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate; there will be no penalty for that question.
(D) Application Fee :
Rs.250/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates
Rs.1050/- for all other candidates
