Change in Pattern from 5th June 2012

From June-2012, the pattern is changing slightly. The AWA section will have only one essay; Analysis of an Argument. Integrated Reasoning Section that tests ability to integrate quantitative and verbal skills to solve problems will be introduced. Integrated Reasoning Section

Integrated Reasoning Section will have 12 questions to be answered in 30 Minutes. The questions test ability to assimilate information from various sources like text, tables, charts etc… On-screen calculator will be provided for this section.

The questions in this section are not very difficult. The verbal skills acquired while preparing for the verbal section and quantitative skills acquired while preparing for quantitative section will be sufficient. The main challenge is in applying them at the same time.
