IBPS has released the notification for the online examination for Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (RRBs- CWE- X) for recruitment of Group "A"-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group "B"-Office Assistants (Multipurpose). A total of 43 RRBs are participating in this recruitment process. The number of posts announced this year are about 17%+ more than the number of posts announced in 2020.
(A) Important Dates :
- Online registration window & Payment of fee - 08.06.2021 to 28.06.2021 Online Examination – Preliminary - August, 2021
- Online Examination – Main /Single – September/October 2021
- Online Examination Main Office Assistant - September/October 2021
- Result of Prelim - September 2021
- Declaration of Result – Main/Single (For Officers Scale I, II and III): October 2021
- Interviews ( Scale I, II, III) : October/November 2021
- Provisional Allotment - January 2022
Number of posts: Total posts, Officers and Office Assistants = 10,400+, which is almost close to the number of posts announced last year.
(B) Eligibility Criteria:
(I) Age (As on 01.06.2021) :
For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager) : 21- 40 years
For Officer Scale- II (Manager) : Above 21 - 32 years
For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager) : 18 - 30 years
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 - 28 years
(II) Educational Qualification(As on 28.06.2021) :
Officer - Graduation for GBO ( 50% for Scale II) and Graduation / PG in relevant subjects for SO as given in notification. Experience is also required for some posts.

FOR THE POST OF OFFICE ASSISTANT (MULTIPURPOSE) – MARKS OBTAINED ONLY IN THE MAIN EXAMINATION WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR FINAL MERIT LISTING.
FOR THE POST OF OFFICERS SCALE I – MARKS OBTAINED ONLY IN THE MAIN EXAMINATION WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR SHORTLISTING FOR INTERVIEW AND FINAL MERIT LISTING. FOR THE POST OF OFFICERS SCALE II (GENERALIST AND SPECIALIST) AND SCALE III – MARKS OBTAINED IN THE SINGLE LEVEL EXAMINATION WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR SHORTLISTING FOR INTERVIEW AND FINAL MERIT LISTING.
