What is TCS - CCQT ?

TCS - CCQT (Common Corporate Qualifier Test) is a ticket to a corporate career for job seekers giving them an opportunity to showcase their talent to the industry and achieve their dream job. Once the job seekers clear the assessment test, their profile wil be shared with the multiple corporates that hire the best talent as per their business needs. It is to be noted that TCS will only share the qualified candidate's profile with the corporate partners. It is the corporate partners' discretion to call for interview and offer placements. Compensation too, will entirely be at the corporate's discretion based on their HR policies, the specific role and the qualification of the candidate.

Assessment Process

"TCS iON Qualifier - CCQT - Management Graduates" is a 2-Stage assessment held across all major cities in India.

Stage 1 is a proctored assessment (Online test) which covers different sections as per the latest exam patterns, and tests candidates on multiple skills and abilities in areas that matter to top corporates in the country. Once a candidate clears Stage 1, he/she will be assessed for Stage 2.

Stage 2 is a video based assessment to test candidates on communication, behavioural and soft skills. On completion of both the stages, the qualified candidate's profile along with the "TCS iON Qualifier - CCQT - Management Graduates" score will be sent to reputed global corporates that hire the best talent as per their business needs.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have passed in the previous year OR will pass in the current or next calendar year and have the applicable "Degree" as given below are allowed to apply:

• Master of Business Administration - MBA
• Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management – PGDM

Test Pattern (Stage 1)

A candidate has to attempt both the sections (as outlined below)

a) Mandatory Section:

Total 60 qs in 60 mins (120 marks). Break up as indicated below.

• Quantitative Aptitude – 20 qs (40 marks)
• Reasoning Ability -20 qs (40 marks)
• English Language -20 qs (40 marks)

b) Domain related (Either one or two domains)

• Finance – 30 qs (60 marks)
• Marketing – 30 qs (60 marks)
• Operations -30 qs (60 marks)
• HR -30 qs (60 marks)

Fees for the Test

• ₹ 1499/- per Test.

Validity of the Score Card

• Score will be valid for 1 year

Number of attempts

• A candidate can take another attempt once the next TCS iON Qualifier assessment date is announced.

Registration Process

• Click on "Buy Now" on the "TCS iON Qualifier - CCQT - Management Graduates" product page.
• Login with your TCS iON Digital Learning Hub credentials or sign up as a new user.
• After login/sign up, you will be asked to share your details required to generate your hall ticket. This includes your name, email ID, phone number, centre preferences, and other details.
• Proceed to make the payment by clicking on "Click to Proceed" once you have submitted the above registration form.
• You will receive a successful registration message on your registered email ID/mobile number.
• You will receive your hall ticket two days prior to the scheduled exam date.
• You must carry a printout of your hall ticket along with ID proof to the assessment centre allocated to you.
