Interview Experience 1:

G.D Topic : “Is India ready for a cashless economy?”

No. of candidates in GD : 10 members

Preparation Time : 5 minutes

Discussion time per student : 2 minutes (approx.)

Open house discussion Time :20 minutes

Discussion to reach a consensus:

Along with the topic, 8 options were also given. One had to give one's preference in the first five minutes, and then the group was expected to arrive at a consensus on the preferences (the preference of the entire group had to be the same), in the next 20 minutes.

At the end, the number of options on which the group arrived at a consensus was important (arriving at a consensus on each option wasn't necessary).

GE- Steps to be taken by government to improve health facilities in rural areas. Rate the following in their order of priority:

  • Insurance for all
  • Ambulance service
  • Mandatory 5 years of medical practice in rural areas
