T.S. EAMCET( Engineering) 2017 – Review

The T.S. EAMCET (Engineering) was conducted on 12th May 2017 between 10 am and 1 pm. Approximately 1,30,000 students appeared across 246 centres for the T.S. EAMCET (Engineering).

Overall, the questions from Mathematics were of moderate difficulty level. Around 10 questions were from direct Telugu Academy textbooks. 60% of the questions were easy, 30% of them were moderate, while the remaining 10% were difficult/lengthy.

Questions from Physics were not very difficult. Coverage of questions across all the chapters was good but, like the AP EAMCET, more weightage was given to Mechanics (40%) and Electricity (27%).

Questions from Chemistry were easy and scoring. 45% of the questions were easy, 45% moderate and only 10% were of a higher difficulty level.

Thus, the TS EAMCET was easier than the AP EAMCET and, when compared to previous years, there was no great difference in difficulty level of the questions.
