Mr. Aravendhan finished his graduation in Psychology from P.S.G.Arts Coimbatore in 1994 . He then took up marketing and worked for a brief period in BPL Ltd. Later his interest in a career in education took over and he joined as Marketing manager in First Computers where he had won the award for the best marketing team in Tamil Nadu Level in succession for two years.

Later in 1996 he started his own training centre for competitive exams like TNPCEE. Further to improve on it he also took up a Franchise of a training centre for training students for exams like TNPCEE, AIEEE, AIPMT etc., The Institute earned a very good reputation in Coimbatore with good results and turnover. After an experience of almost 12 years in running a training institute, he became the Franchisee of T.I.M.E. Pvt Ltd in Jan 2008. He is looked upon by students with regard as a very effective student counselor as he helps them succeed in their exam by making them realize their strengths and weaknesses in studying, by counseling them in a separate one to one session.
