Mr.Vineet Ladia is a gold medalist in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar. He was also awarded the Vishwakarma Merit Award by Government of Gujarat for Best Mechanical Engineer in Gujarat. He worked with Larsen and Toubro for a few months. Later, he with his uncle started a company manufacturing power T&D hardware. After working there for 2 years, when he decided to go in for his MBA: he was offered admissions from some of the elite universities in the world including Oxford University (Said Business School, ranked the 2nd best business school in Europe by FT). He decided to stay back in India and went in for his PGP at IIM Ahmedabad. He was offered numerous international jobs at IIM Ahmedabad. But, he chose to work with students as he has a passion and flair for teaching.


He is currently the Center Director of T.I.M.E. Baroda and Vallabh Vidyanagar. He has been helping students realize their dreams and give them the best possible guidance. He strongly believes that every student has the potential to succeed but needs to be given individual one-on-one guidance.
