Admissions to the MCA programme are done through an entrance test called the SRM Entrance Examination (SRMEE).

Paper Pattern:

100 questions to be answered in 150 min

3 marks for each correct answer

1 mark to be deducted for every wrong answer

Eligibility:

Pass with minimum aggregate of 60% in the following Bachelor’s degree: B.C.A/B.ES/B.Sc in computer science, mathematics physics, statistics, applied sciences, information technology, computer technology OR B.Com/ Bachelor of bank management/ BBA/ B.LM /B.A(corporate secretaryship) ,B.A (economics) OR any other Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with business-mathematics and statistics or mathematics statistics at main/allied level OR B.Sc (Chemistry) with mathematics and physics as allied subjects OR B.E/B.Tech/MBA OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with mathematics as one of the subjects at +2 level of 10+2 pattern.

Registration for SRMEE Application Forms:

There are three modes of registration.

i. Online – using the University website to pay online.

ii. Direct - at dedicated banks and post offices. Also from the Director(Admissions) by sending DD with the prescribed fee.
